Preserving the Legacy. Restoring the Light. RV3's honor mission funds the remembrance work of the Guardian Light Veterans Legacy Memorial — so that sacrifice shall not be forgotten, family shall not stand alone, and service shall continue to inspire future generations.

Remembrance, built as a program
The Guardian Light Veterans Legacy Memorial exists to remember service, preserve stories, uplift families, restore visibility, and inspire future advocacy. It is stewarded by Guardian Angels Enterprises — the ecosystem's advocacy, volunteers, and communications hub — and funded in part through RV3's honor mission.
The memorial is not a plaque. It is six working components:
- Digital Wall of Honor — searchable memorial profiles preserving each veteran's story.
- Legacy Story Archive — recorded oral histories, kept for the generations who will ask.
- Family Tribute Gallery — photographs and remembrances contributed by loved ones.
- Dedication Ceremonies — formal moments of recognition, conducted with honor-guard dignity.
- Legacy Activation Fund — scholarships, service projects, and named tributes that keep a legacy working.
- Recognition Certificates — presented to families under the Guardian Light crest.

Profiles are created with the family, at the family's pace, and published only with the family's consent.
Named Tributes
Give in a veteran's name
A tribute gift attaches a veteran's name to living work — a preserved story, a scholarship, a service project in their community.
In-memory giving
A gift made in memory of a veteran supports the memorial's preservation work. The family receives written acknowledgment of the tribute (gift amounts are never disclosed), and the veteran's name is honored on the memorial roll if the family wishes.
Sponsor a legacy profile
Fund the creation of a full Digital Wall of Honor profile and Legacy Story Archive recording — interview, editing, preservation, and a recognition certificate for the family. Around $250 as a representative anchor; every profile is completed regardless of gift size.
Honor the living
Tributes are not only for the fallen. Honor a living veteran — a parent, a mentor, a neighbor — with a gift in their name toward the program that fits their story: a scholarship seat, a deployment day, a housing milestone.
Dedication Ceremonies
Moments a family keeps forever
Dedication ceremonies mark the addition of a veteran's profile to the Digital Wall of Honor, the presentation of a recognition certificate, or the launch of a legacy project in a veteran's name. They are conducted with the gravity of an honor guard — a reading of the service summary, the family tribute, and the final salute.
Ceremonies are held in the veteran's own community wherever possible — a parish church hall, a Legion post, a courthouse square — because rural veterans should be honored where they lived, not only where the crowds are. Volunteers mobilized through Guardian Angels carry the logistics; RV3 funding carries the costs a grieving family should never see an invoice for.
The memorial's closing liturgy says what we believe: "We remember with honor. We preserve with purpose. We restore the light with hope."

Legacy Activation Fund
Remembrance that keeps working
The Legacy Activation Fund converts memory into mission — in a veteran's name, with their family's blessing.
Memorial scholarships
Bootcamp seats and training scholarships awarded in a veteran's name — so a veteran who built things in life keeps building opportunity after it. Families receive word each time "their" scholarship graduates someone.
Service projects
Community projects carried out in a veteran's honor — a repaired roof through the VEST/HELP teams, a stocked food drive, a parish cleanup — organized with Guardian Angels volunteers and documented for the family.
Endowed tributes
Planned gifts and bequests can endow a named tribute in perpetuity — an annual scholarship or recurring service project that renews a veteran's presence in their community every single year.

Respect is the non-negotiable
Sponsorship shall never commercialize grief. That is the memorial's standing rule, and RV3 enforces it on every honor-mission dollar we channel: no veteran's story is used without family consent, no tribute is conditioned on visibility, no logo ever stands between a family and their moment of remembrance. Recognition of sponsors is real — and it is always subordinate to the recognition of service.
